- Delivery is free for orders over:
- $200.00 to Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane metro
- $250.00 to Newcastle, Blue Mountains Central Coast and ACT
- $300.00 to Regional Queensland and Victoria
- For all other areas and orders below the freight-free limit, delivery costs will be calculated at checkout.
- We are unable to ship to PO boxes and Parcel Lockers

Return Policy
- If you are unhappy with your purchase, you are welcome to return your items for a credit as we do not refund for change of mind or incorrectly ordered items. .
- All returns must be authorised by Dental Zone prior to return in order for the item to be accepted. Requests must be made within 14 days of the invoice date.
- Return requests will only be permitted if products are unopened, unused and in their original packaging. Any product deemed unsuitable for resale will be returned to the customer and no credit will be issued. Credits will be issued once a return has been received by Dental Zone and has been deemed suitable for resale.
- Pick up charges may apply to any ‘change of mind’ returns or when an error is made by the customer.
- If you receive a damaged product please contact Dental Zone within 7 days of the delivery date to resolve the matter.
